Returns

Please contact us first if you would like to return an item. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or returns are no longer eligible. Not all returns will be eligible for a full refund, please contact us ahead of time to know if your return will be.

We charge a flat rate return postage fee of $6. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept any products worn or washed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Due to the nature of silk at times threads may come loose. If this occurs please contact us and we will fix your item. All serged threads are guaranteed. 

 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account: https://account.wildwestragco.com
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We generally do not do exchanges due to the nature of our products as we do not produce in large quantities. If you have questions please contact us.
